We understand that unexpected situations can arise during pregnancy. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling your enrolment in any of our classes. This cancellation policy applies to the entire course fee. By enrolling in our Having a Baby Classes, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Full Refunds

• A full refund will be issued if you experience a pregnancy loss after booking and provide documentation from your healthcare provider.
• If, in the unlikely event, we cancel the class due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

No Refunds

• No other refunds or partial refunds shall be made.
• No shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule your enrolment, we will try our best to accommodate your request based on class availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.
• See Miss a Class below, if no rescheduling is possible.

Miss a Class

• If you miss a class and are unable to reschedule to another class, we will provide you with a condensed outline of what was covered in the missed class.

Transferring Enrolment

• Prior to the commencement of the first class, you may transfer your enrolment to another person, subject to our prior written approval.
